About Think in Numbers

Think in Numbers is a smart journaling app with time tracking built in. It turns your day from something you reflect on into something you act on.

What Think in Numbers is

Most journals stop at how your day felt. This one also shows you where the day went.

  • Reflective journaling, with daily prompts and a mood and energy check-in
  • Time tracking from your own words, with no timers: your day becomes hours by category, and the time you never mentioned shows as unaccounted
  • To-dos your entries tick off, and targets against your real hours
  • An assistant you can type or talk to, which can log your time, change a block or add a to-do for you

Who’s behind Think in Numbers

Mohammed Raqeeb is the founder of Think in Numbers.

I used to track my time in a spreadsheet. It took real effort, and I could never keep it up for long. So I built Think in Numbers.

People track their weight, their steps and their spending, and over time those numbers change them: they get leaner, fitter and better with money. Your hours work the same way. Knowing where they go keeps you informed in a world that is more distracted every year, where attention spans keep shrinking and more of our thinking gets handed to AI.

Not the book, not the game

Think in Numbers, the app, is not related to Thinking in Numbers, the 2012 book by Daniel Tammet. It is also not related to Think in Numbers, a mental-math game for children by another developer.
