Delete Your Account

Think in Numbers

You can delete your Think in Numbers account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1: Delete from within the app

This is the fastest method and deletes your data immediately:

  1. Open the Think in Numbers app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are removed right away.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us at mohammedraqeeb7777@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your account and sign-in credentials
  • Your profile information (name, username, profile photo, categories, preferences)
  • Your daily logs and the time entries derived from them
  • Your goals and goal history
  • Your notification tokens and preferences

Voice recordings are not stored after they are transcribed, so there is nothing further to delete.

What we may retain

We may retain a limited set of records where we are legally required to do so, such as transaction and billing records for subscriptions, for the period required by applicable law. These records are kept only for legal and accounting purposes and are not used to identify you within the app.
