Terms of Use

Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Think in Numbers. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you register, and let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

The Service

Think in Numbers provides time-tracking, logging, goals, and related insights for personal use. The breakdowns, projections, and insights the app produces are estimates intended for general guidance only. They are not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice, and you should not rely on them as such. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Subscriptions are offered as monthly or yearly plans, and current pricing is shown in the app before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• Introductory offers. If an introductory or promotional price is offered (for example, a discounted first month), it applies once and then renews at the standard price. Eligibility is determined by the app store.
• Managing your subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Where required, the app store will notify you and ask for consent before a renewal at a higher price.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel at any time through your app store account; access to Premium continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds are handled under their policies. We are generally not able to issue refunds directly and can only refer you to the relevant app store.

Promo Codes and Comp Access

We may issue promotional codes or grant complimentary access at our discretion. Codes have no cash value, may be limited in number or time, may not be resold or transferred, and may be revoked if they are obtained or used in a way that breaks these Terms.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the logs, notes, goals, and other content you create in the app. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the app and to provide it back to you — including sending the text of your logs to AI providers to generate your time breakdowns, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to share it.

Acceptable Use

When using Think in Numbers, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app except as permitted by law.
• Use the app to build a competing product or to scrape its content.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its insights will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or use the app in a way that could harm other users or us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as content licenses, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by other reasonable means. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights that apply to you under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
