Refund Policy

Think in Numbers is a subscription. You can cancel it at any time, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Where a refund comes from depends on where you subscribed.

If You Subscribed in the Mac App

Your order is processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, tax, invoices and refunds under its buyer terms. To ask for a refund, write to contact@thinkinnumbers.co or reply to your Paddle receipt, and tell us the email you paid with. To cancel, open Settings in the Mac app or use the link in your Paddle receipt.

If You Subscribed on iPhone or Android

Payments in the iPhone and Android apps are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds for those are handled under their policies. We are generally not able to issue those refunds directly and can only refer you to the relevant app store. You cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
